Who knew wearing one color could be anything but boring? Monochromatic is easy, and figure flattering. Wearing simply one shade can be a simple and clean approach to getting an outfit together. Here’s something that I know you will all love…  dressing monochromatically tends to make you appear slimmer and taller than you actually are. Why? your outfit has one continuing line from head to toe that elongates your entire silhouette!

Since, we are just entering the fall season, dressing monochromatic is a great way to transition into your Fall wardrobe.

The thought of wearing the same color but in different shades has always been appealing to me. I tried the monochromatic look with different shades and textures of emerald green (from HM) for an overall striking look. I completed this look by adding my all time favorite handbag from Michael Kors. I wrapped this exotic scarf to give it a vintage feel.

Again, no matter what shape or style, monochromatic always look sharp!

Don’t be afraid to try this “Monochromatic” look, and yes it counts in all “black” but, go outside your comfort zone and try something new.
